Last Updated: 10/11/2025
mal3ab.top respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Our Content & Sourcing Philosophy
mal3ab.top is run by writers and analysts who are passionate about sports. We provide original sports content, reporting, and analysis in the Arabic language. Our content model is based on ethical publishing principles:
- Original Content: We do not “copy-paste” content from other sources. As sports fans, we write and produce original articles that analyze and report on sports news from our own perspective.
- Sourcing & Attribution: Our news articles are often based on information reported by various international news outlets (in English, French, German, etc.). In line with fair use and standard reporting practices, we make a good faith effort to cite the original source of the news report within or at the end of our articles.
- Transformative Use of Imagery: We understand the importance of copyright and trademarks in visuals. All featured images and graphics used in our news reporting are custom-designed by the mal3ab.top team. These designs are intended to be illustrative and transformative, avoiding the direct use of unauthorized copyrighted photographs or protected club/league logos.
We believe this model fosters original content creation while respecting the work of the original sources. However, we provide the following DMCA procedure for copyright holders who believe their work has nonetheless been infringed.
2. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our website (mal3ab.top) infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
